The Teaching of Nonduality consists of Self-Knowledge. Knowledge of the Self reveals it to be of the nature of Being-Consciousness-Bliss, eternal, infinite, formless, imperishable, limitless, and perfectly full.

One timeless tradition, extending over the ages, that has presented and preserved this Teaching of Nonduality is Advaita Vedanta. The Sanskrit term, “Advaita Vedanta,” means the nondual, highest, final knowledge. Other traditions have also held and preserved this teaching as their essence. The quintessential Knowledge, itself, is reserved to no particular tradition, time, culture, or people, but is available to all who turn within to become aware of their real Being, their innermost Consciousness. To have success with this turning within, inquiring within oneself in search of Self-Knowledge, it is necessary to have consistency among the practices employed and the end at which one aims. Pure nonduality in spiritual practice and in the teachings themselves is ideal for realizing for oneself the direct, continuous Knowledge of the Self, or Self-Realization.
SAT focuses on the teachings of Ramana Maharshi and nonduality is the foundation of the teaching. With Self-Realized guidance, the teaching is provided in satsang, retreats, and other spiritual events, along with books and tapes. You are warmly invited to join us for satsang, retreats, and other special events. Please see the calendar for details. Please feel free to contact us for further information..
